5-Star Chardham Yatra by Helicopter provides fabulous exposure for devotees to quickly shuttle between the four high-end pilgrimage destinations in Uttarakhand, namely Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath. The option is well suited with the comfort of a civil aviator journey to elderly devotees or those on limited time travel excursions

Day 01:- Dehradun arrival and stay

Our primary Heli-tour base is Dehradun. It serves as the Chardham Yatra’s beginning and end points.
Pick up from Dehradun airport by our representative. Our crew will give you briefing on Helicopter and details about the schedule in the evening. Dinner & Overnight stay at the Hotel in Dehradun.

Day 02:- Dehradun to Yamunotri dham

Morning Flying from Sahatradhara Helipad, Dehradun to Kharsali Helipad, Yamunotrii.
Kharsali Helipad to Yamunotri temple is 6km trek(each side) which will be covered by riding on a pony or by palki.
VIP Darshan and overnight stay at Kharsali.

Day 03:- Visit to Gangotri dham

After breakfast, flying from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil Helipad.
From Harsil, we drive to The Gangotriji temple. The distance is around 22 Kilometers. VIP darshan for all our clients.
You will be blessed by the evening Aarti darshan at Gangotri Temple. Dinner and Overnight stay at Dharali/Harsili.
Harsil is a beautiful valley with dense forest and green mountains.

Day 04:- Visit to Kedarnath Ji

Morning drive to Harsil Helipad & fly to Kedartnath ji (Guptkashi/Sirsi helipad). meters away, which takes 15 min to reach.
Our executive will lead you to After darshan, fly back to Sersi helipad.
Kedarnath shuttle will be there from Guptkashi /sirsi /Phata to & Fro.
Overnight stay at Guptkashi/Sirsi.

Day 05:- Visit to Badrinath dham

After breakfast, flying from Sirsi Helipad to Badrinath Helipad. From the Helipad our executive will take you for VIP darshan at Badrinath ji.
Passengers can view Aarti and other Pooja on their own in the evening
Overnight stay at Badrinath.

Day 06:- Badrinath to Dehradun Drop

Early morning fly back to Dehradun, remember to see the beautiful aerial view of the five confluences like Vishnuprayag, Nandaprayag, Karnaprayag, Rudraprayag and Devprayag
Our Representative will drop you at hotel to collect baggage and later he will drop you at Dehradun Airport.

ADD ON SERVICES

Maha Abhishek Puja at Badrinathji: INR 4,300/person. Total amount has to be paidin cash to SBTM Representative at Dehradun, so that we can arrange and book the puja in advance on behalf of each passenger.
Note: Maha Abhishek Puja will not be included in our package or billing cost, since the total amount for the same goes directly to Badrinathji MandirSamiti.
Rudra Abhishek Puja at Kedarnathji: INR 6,500 for 05 people. Total amount has to be paid in cash to SBTM representative at Dehradun, so that we can arrange and book the Puja in advance on behalf of each passenger. Arrangement of Rudra Abhishek puja will be done subject to availability of rooms at Kedarnath: Top, as passengers will have to stay there overnight for the puja. Therefore, the additional charges towards the hotel stay will be extra chargeable.
Note: Rudra Abhishek Puja will not be included in our package or billing cost, since the total amount for the same goes directly to Kedarnathji Mandir Samiti.
Disclaimer: Accommodation at Kedarnath top is budget category, and there can be instances of complaints in regards to the hotel services & rooms. Further more, temperature at Kedarnath- top may drop to sub-zero levels at nightin Sep/Oct; therefore passengers are advised to take decision keeping the same inconsideration

THINGS TO CARRY

1 Valid ID Proof
Always carry a valid ID proof with you. It is mandatory to carry a valid ID proof with you while visiting the temples.
2 Travel Documents
Make sure to bring all necessary travel documents, such as your passport or ID card, and any permits or vouchers required for the journey.
3 Cash and Cards
Cash is essential while travelling in remote areas, make sure to carry enough cash and also carry adebit/credit card as a backup.
4 Warm Clothes
The weather in the Himalayas can be unpredictable, so pack warm clothing and rain gear including waterproof jacket, thermal inner wear, gloves and a warm hat.
5 Sturdy Footwear
Bring comfortable and sturdy footwear, such as hiking boots or trekking shoes, to help you navigate the often difficult terrain.
6 Backpack
A good backpack to carry your essentials and keep your hands free.
7 Torch and Headlamp
A torch and headlamp are essential for navigating the temples at night and for any power cuts.
8 First aid Kit
It s always a good idea to bring a basic first aid kit, including band aids, painkillers, and any personal medication you may need.
9 Water Bottle
It is very important to stay hydrated while on the journey. It is advisable to carry a water bottle and a water purification tablets.
10 Snacks
Pack some light snacks and energy bars to keep you going during the day.

A camera or a mobile phone to capture the beautiful views and memories.

Travel insurance is very important while travelling to any remote area. It will help you in case of any
emergency.

Pack your toiletries and personal hygiene items like soap, toothpaste, shampoo, and moisturizer.

TOUR GUIDELINES

Pilgrims need to carry only hand bags as suitcases can not be carried in the helicopter. .
Passengers have to submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, passengers would be de-boarded & cancelled for the Heli-tour without any refund. 450KG is the maximum passenger weight Capacity of our aircraft.
There is very limited space for luggage in the helicopter. Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted.
Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers having asthma problems should not undertake this yatra All passengers undertaking this yatra should be medically and physically fit.
Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available locally at all medical shop(
Although day temperatures at these locations are normal it becomes cold in the night and so passengers must carry woollen clothes with them.
All passengers are advised to carry their own medication.
Company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advised guests to get the fitness certificate from doctor to travel to the high altitude sector.
Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is must since the pilot will not allow boarding in case it exceeds the weight conveyed at the time of booking & we reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
Please note that single-engine helicopters operate on a non-scheduled basis, though most of the time match as per given by us and there may be occasional delays or waiting times ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours or more. These delays can occur due to factors such as technical issues, weather clearance, or necessary permissions.

Fitness

All pilgrims should be physically fit. It is better to dosome jogging and other light exercise as you prepare for this journey. In these locations the temperature will fall 10 degree Celsius or less at night. Therefore pilgrims advise to carry woollen clothes.
Photography
Still cameras/portable video cameras are allowed in Himalayan ranges but not inside the temple. Please do not attempt to take pictures inside the temples.
Communication
Although all private mobile phone have coverage, BSNL/JIO network service mobile is better in most of the places.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

If the booking is cancelled before 30 Days 75% of the amount will be refunded.

• If the booking is cancelled before 20 Days 50% of the amount will be refunded.

• Later on No Refund Will be entertained.

• The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount and balance amount has to be deposited 30 days prior to date of journey otherwise booking stand cancelled without any refund.

• In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dham due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilized sector/s.

• Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 20% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 15 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 15 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.

• The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or other wise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.

• In regards to the guests stranded at any Dham, if any group requests to cancel their tour on their own desire & come down before their scheduled return date, the arrangement of vehicle for their return journey by roadshall be done by us, however, cost for the same shall be borne by the guest on direct payment basis. No refunds are applicable in case guests wish to cancel & return mid-tour.

• We would like to inform our pilgrims that we do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we strongly recommend that pilgrims make their own arrangements for insurance coverage. Please note that all baggage and personal belongings are solely the responsibility of the client at all times.

• All extra (food, beverages and any other services) ordered by the customer will be on their expense.

• Any meals, services not utilized, partly unutilized are non-refundable.

• The pilgrims have to stick to the itinerary.

• The company has the right to change the itinerary in the event of adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances which is beyond or control.

• The customer has to bear the proportionate tour cost in case of extended stay or travelling due to any unforeseen reason.

• The company will not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to natural calamity or unforeseen reasons.
